Esperanto Goodbye for a while.Author: David Poulson Introductory note for new visitors to the Esperanto Topic. If you have only just begun to take an interest in Esperanto and wish to know some basic information about this fascinating subject, please start your reading at the first article of this series. Having already completed 68 articles, I am now at the stage of writing articles for those readers who have learned quite a lot about the Esperanto language and movement already, and who are now wanting to find out more than just the basic introductory information. To get to the beginning of this series After you have read the first article, click on the link at the top of the page which says "Articles" to find the rest of the series, which is listed in reverse chronological order. ________________________________________________________ Due to circumstances beyond my control. I am unlikely to be able to post another article about the history and development of Esperanto until some time after the middle of October. I will be unable to access the Internet for a while and so I will not be able to reply to any correspondence during the next 3 or 4 weeks. However, I will certainly be back before long and I look forward to having you join me then.I am awaiting delivery of a new iMac but because of a backlog it is not expected to arrive in Perth until the middle of October. (We are 2,000 miles away from the nearest capital city). And it's all the fault of the Olympic Games in Sydney anyway ;-) To make matters worse, I am losing my present internet connection today. --- Any minute now actually, so I had better sign off and hit the "submit" button quickly. Thank you for your support and good company up until now. David |
